Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all visitors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional service, creating a positive environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy
Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management review
Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently
Implement and uphold hotel policies related to guest services, safety, and security protocols
Train new team members on customer service standards, phone etiquette, and operational procedures

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on guest services
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality setting is preferred
