Full Job Description

We’re seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join an experienced, close-knit team and help deliver multimillion-dollar builds that shape the Omaha skyline. What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of commercial projects from initial estimate through final completion — including bids, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and execution oversight
Develop accurate, competitive estimates, including hard bids, change orders, and preconstruction budgeting
Collaborate with clients, subs, architects, and internal teams to ensure excellence at every stage
Make occasional site visits to monitor progress and maintain relationships — while primarily working from the office
Utilize tools like Sage 300 and Microsoft Office to manage documentation, schedules, and financials

What They're Looking For:

5+ years of experience managing and estimating commercial construction projects ($5M–$10M+)
Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts — with strong communication and leadership skills
A team-first, coachable mindset with the confidence to lead and the humility to listen
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with CMAR, BIM, or 3D modeling is a plus
Stable employment history with a clear record of completed projects
