Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday: 10 AM - 630 PM (2nd Shift)

Within the Scooter’s Coffee brand sits our Supply Chain Team Harvest Roasting, which includes our warehouse, bakery, and roastery. Harvest Roasting serves as the supplier to all of our coffeehouse locations, including corporate and franchise owned, providing weekly product deliveries of the vast majority of products needed for daily business.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
Knowledge of NetSuite, Deposco, and/or Softeon
Strong computer skills, knowledge of Excel and other office software
Technically savvy with the ability to learn new programs quickly
Prior shipping and receiving experience preferred
Forklift certification preferred
Professional appearance and attitude
Detail oriented and self-motivated
Strong communication skills
Commitment to safety
Ability to work as part of a team or individually with minimum supervision
Ability to effectively engage with teams across multiple locations via in person or Zoom meetings.

Able to meet the following physical demands, without reasonable accomodation:

Regular and predictable attendance
Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 75 pounds frequently throughout a day
Stand, sit, stoop, climb, kneel and crouch occasionally throughout a day
Hear, see, and speak within a loud environment
Work in varying temperature zones, from freezer temperatures to non air conditioned temperatures in the summer

DESCRIPTION

The Inventory Control Coordinator supports the Harvest Roasting warehouse by managing administrative processes that ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for coordinating inventory activities and maintaining accurate inventory balances within the warehouse. The position communicates discrepancies and drives timely resolutions while collaborating cross-functionally to align systems and inventory requirements.

What You Will Do:

Produce timely and accurate delivery sheets.

Ensure orders are entered correctly and are accounted for.

Monitor orders as they go out and are completed to make sure inventory remains accurate.

Monitor inventory balances to make sure they are accurate.

Ensure back orders are fulfilled as soon as stock is replenished.

Ensure accurate recording of inbound and outbound inventory.

Track cycle counts and inventory counts.

Research and problem solve reported discrepancies from stores

Work and communicate between departments, to keep everyone informed and aligned on inventory management status and needs.

Support warehouse with other operational tasks including picking and preparing orders as needed

Ensure 3rd party replenishment is completed

Assist in warehouse organization and management of new products LTO’s into pick path

Manage reports and tracking of productivity

Other duties as assigned
