This is a W-2 Commission-Only Sales Project Manager position designed for individuals who are driven, competitive, coachable, and ready to take ownership of their success. Whether you already have sales experience or you are hungry to grow into a high-income career, Moose Roofing provides the training, support, tools, and leadership to help you succeed.

As a Sales Project Manager, your focus is simple: build relationships, help homeowners through the roofing and exterior restoration process, and create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

You will inspect properties, meet with homeowners, document damage or project needs, and guide customers through solutions that protect and improve their homes. No two days look the same, and the people who thrive here enjoy being out in the field, meeting new people, and creating opportunities for themselves.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build your pipeline through company leads, networking, referrals, canvassing, calls, and community connections
Meet with homeowners and perform exterior inspections, including roofs, siding, gutters, and storm-related damage
Document findings using photos, notes, and inspection software
Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior solutions with honesty and professionalism
Present proposals, close sales, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the process
Communicate consistently through calls, texts, and emails to deliver a high-level customer experience
Utilize company-provided systems including CRM software, inspection tools, and Microsoft 365
