FOH Manager

As a FOH Manager at Upstream Brewing Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, managing a team of talented servers, hosts, and bartenders, and striving to exceed guest expectations at all times.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

Leading by example and upholding the highest standards of professionalism, service, and hospitality
Training, mentoring, and providing guidance to the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional service delivery
Creating and implementing effective strategies to optimize productivity and maximize revenue
Monitoring guest satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues or concerns
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining areas
Managing inventory, including monitoring levels of supplies and placing orders as needed
Working closely with the management team to contribute to the achievement of overall business goals
