Position Summary
Quality Clinical Research is seeking a creative and motivated Clinical Research Social Media & Participant Recruitment Specialist to manage our social media presence, support participant recruitment for clinical research studies, and coordinate community outreach activities.
This individual will create and manage digital content, develop social media recruitment campaigns, respond to potential participants, track recruitment leads, and work closely with our clinical research team to increase awareness of current studies. The specialist will also arrange, coordinate, and attend health fairs and other community events to promote clinical research opportunities, build community relationships, and connect with potential study participants.
This is a 100% in-person position at our Omaha, Nebraska clinical research site. It is not a remote or hybrid position. Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and daily online presence.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, graphics, short-form videos, advertisements, and other digital content.
- Develop social media campaigns designed to increase awareness of clinical research opportunities and recruit potential study participants.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor campaign spending, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Respond professionally and promptly to social media comments, messages, and participant inquiries.
- Follow approved scripts and recruitment procedures when communicating with potential participants.
- Coordinate with clinical research staff to understand current studies, eligibility criteria, recruitment goals, and enrollment timelines.
- Identify, arrange, coordinate, and attend health fairs, wellness events, community gatherings, educational events, and other local outreach opportunities.
- Coordinate event registrations, schedules, promotional materials, supplies, displays, and other logistical needs for community outreach events.
- Represent Quality Clinical Research professionally at community events and provide attendees with approved information about clinical research and available studies.
- Develop relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, local businesses, advocacy groups, and other community partners to expand awareness of clinical research opportunities.
- Track contacts, inquiries, referrals, and potential participant leads generated through health fairs and community events, and conduct appropriate follow-up.
- Monitor social media and community-outreach performance and prepare reports on engagement, leads, appointments, and participant enrollment.
- Recommend new content, advertising strategies, platforms, community partnerships, and outreach opportunities.
- Maintain a professional and respectful company presence across all digital platforms and at in-person events.
- Perform other related marketing, community outreach, and participant recruitment duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of professional experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, advertising, content creation, community outreach, event coordination, or a related field.
- Experience managing business accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating social media posts, graphics, videos, and digital advertisements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and public-facing communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow approved messaging and compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Strong organization, time-management, event-coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, events, and participant inquiries.
- Ability to communicate professionally with community members and represent the company at public events.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical research and administrative staff.
- Ability to report to the Omaha worksite for all scheduled shifts and attend assigned community events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media advertising platforms, Canva, Adobe products, or similar content-creation tools.
- Experience reviewing social media analytics and preparing campaign-performance reports.
- Previous healthcare, medical marketing, clinical research, patient recruitment, community outreach, or event-planning experience.
- Experience coordinating or participating in health fairs, wellness events, community events, or public-education programs.
- Experience communicating with patients, research participants, community organizations, or members of the public.

Pay: $26.40 - $32.00 per hour
