If you've spent years in insurance, you probably already have more opportunity around you than you realize.

THIS COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
- Currently work for a captive insurance agency and want more options
- Previously worked for an insurance company or agency and miss the business
- Are a licensed CSR or account manager who knows you could produce
- Have established relationships throughout Effingham or Central Illinois
- Want flexibility without having to start your own agency
- Are comfortable creating your own activity instead of waiting for it to be handed to you
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Your primary job is simple:
Create opportunities and turn them into clients.
That includes prospecting, networking, developing referral sources, quoting new business, following up consistently, and maintaining the relationships you build.
Personal lines will be an important part of the role, with significant opportunity to develop commercial relationships as well.
WHAT CAN THIS BECOME?
We're not looking to fill a seat.
We're looking for someone who wants to build something.
Your compensation grows with your production, with competitive new-business compensation, renewal compensation beginning in Year 2, and additional opportunities tied to growth.
For the right person, there is also an opportunity to take on greater responsibility as we continue expanding throughout Central Illinois.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Illinois Property & Casualty license
- Previous insurance experience
- Located in or connected to Effingham/Central Illinois
- Strong local relationship-building skills
- Comfortable prospecting and asking for business
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional and trustworthy
