Full Job Description

We are looking for a Club Front Desk associate to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their membership. Club Front Desk associate responsibilities include signing up new members, taking payments for membership and other items and providing information about the facility and our other facilities, rates and amenities and cleaning. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the customer service industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant experience for our members. This position will be around 34-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Sign up new members
Manage payments and reservations
Answer the phone and take payment
Welcome members to the club
Provide information about our clubs and their amenities
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Completing daily cleaning duties
Enforcing FitStop's policies
Upselling products that the club has for purchase
Ensuring supplies are stocked

Skills

Work experience in Customer Service, Receptionist or similar role
Understanding of Fitness helpful, but not required
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skill
Basic Computer skill

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
