In this Inpatient Care Nurse Manager role, responsibilities include staffing and scheduling optimization, budget stewardship, accreditation readiness, HAI reduction, patient flow and length-of-stay initiatives, nurse-sensitive indicator performance, and continuous improvement through Lean methods, while collaborating closely with a friendly nursing team and a diverse, multidisciplinary group spanning hospitalists, surgeons, pharmacists, therapists, case management, social work, and spiritual care.
