Full Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service at the Front Desk of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites.

Your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and professionalism will help set the tone for each guest’s stay, ensuring their needs are met with care and a genuine smile. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your passion for guest relations while working in a fast-paced and rewarding hospitality environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide information about the hotels amenities and local attractions.
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Handle all guest relations by addressing concerns calmly, professionally and proactively resolve any and all issues.

Requirements

Prefer experience in a hotel environment or guest relations.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism
Ability to work flexible hours and holidays as needed
Weekend availability is a must.
