Full Job Description

NOTE: This position will not be open PRIOR to August 1st, though interviews will be being conducted.

Natural health facility is seeking a scheduling coordinator-must possess/be willing to be trained in the following skills:

professional phone etiquette

accuracy in appointment scheduling for multiple providers

ability to learn the copy, fax, email, patient communication and electronic intake forms systems

organizational mindset

good communication skills

adaptability to a very busy environment

desire to be a team player

striving for excellent customer service skills

Shifts may vary between Morning/Afternoon/Evening, approximately 20-25 hours per week.

Summary

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering professional and friendly service while supporting daily office operations. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will handle front desk duties, data entry, scheduling, and multi-line phone inquiries. With strong compute skills, you will efficiently manage administrative tasks and assist with customer communication. Your contribution will ensure a welcoming environment and smooth office workflows, contributing to overall client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and manage a professional front desk environment, handling phones, patient communication and scheduling with accuracy.

Perform data entry and maintain filing systems.

Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and coordinate with other members of the team.

Support administrative tasks such as proofreading, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping duties as needed.

Maintain office cleanliness, manage multi-line phone systems, and ensure smooth office operations throughout the day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
