B2C Sales Closer | Surplus Funds Recovery

Fairhaven Funds Recovery is seeking an experienced B2C Sales Closer to speak with qualified individuals who may be entitled to surplus funds following property foreclosure. This is a high-trust, phone-based sales role that requires a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build credibility with prospects who may be skeptical of unsolicited outreach.

The ideal candidate is an authentic, empathetic, and confident communicator who can quickly establish trust, build rapport with skeptical prospects, and guide conversations toward a successful close without relying on high-pressure sales tactics. This position requires someone who is reliable, self-directed, persistent, and outcome-oriented, with the discipline to consistently follow up, manage their pipeline, and take ownership of their results.

Proven experience closing B2C clients by phone is required. Experience in surplus funds recovery, foreclosure overages, asset recovery, foreclosure, real estate, financial services, or other high-trust consumer sales is strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will work with qualified leads, explain the recovery opportunity and process, answer questions, address concerns and objections, establish trust, and convert qualified prospects into signed clients. This is a consultative sales and closing position, not a traditional cold-calling role.

We are looking for someone who is persistent, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable discussing sensitive financial and personal circumstances. The right candidate will be skilled at making people feel heard, understood, and confident in their decision while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone consultations with qualified leads
Build rapport and establish trust with skeptical prospects
Clearly explain the surplus funds recovery process and value of service
Identify prospect concerns and effectively handle objections
Use consultative selling techniques to guide prospects toward a decision
Convert qualified prospects into signed clients
Conduct timely and consistent follow-up with prospects
Proactively work leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Identify the most effective times and methods to connect with qualified prospects
Represent Fairhaven Funds Recovery with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

Schedule & Lead Development:

The closer will work collaboratively with the owner to identify the most effective times to connect with qualified leads and conduct timely, consistent follow-up. The role will involve both closing qualified prospects and proactive outreach to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Call volume and lead activity will be coordinated between the closer and owner, with staggered schedules designed to maximize prospect contact and sales opportunities.

The position will begin on a commission-based structure, with the potential to develop into a full-time role for the right candidate based on performance, lead volume, and business growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2C sales and phone-based closing
Demonstrated success converting qualified or warm leads into clients
Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
Authentic, empathetic, confident, and persuasive communication style
Reliable, self-directed, persistent, and outcome-oriented
Strong follow-through and ability to manage and develop a sales pipeline
Ability to discuss sensitive financial and personal circumstances with professionalism and discretion
Experience in surplus funds recovery, overages, asset recovery, foreclosure, real estate, financial services, or another high-trust sales environment strongly preferred
