Job Overview

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dependable Operations Manager to oversee key day-to-day business operations. This role is responsible for ensuring our team is properly staffed, scheduled, paid, and supported while coordinating partner programming, recruiting, shipping operations, and operational needs.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, working closely with employees and external partners, and stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and can effectively manage both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll: Process bi-weekly W-2 payroll and weekly 1099 contractor payments and commissions.
Scheduling: Create and publish weekly employee schedules and manage staffing coverage.
Team Management: Oversee daily team operations, communication, and performance.
Recruiting: Recruit, interview, and onboard employees for the Shipping Department as needed.
Partner Management: Meet with partners bi-weekly and maintain strong working relationships.
Weekly Programming: Create and coordinate weekly partner programming and post scheduled breaks.
Shipping Operations: Support shipping operations and ensure the department is properly staffed.
Supplies & Inventory: Monitor and order shipping, packaging, and office supplies.
Operations: Resolve day-to-day issues and improve processes to keep the business running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience managing employees and coordinating schedules.
Ability to manage payroll and sensitive employee information accurately and confidentially.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with external partners and internal teams.
Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on mentality and willingness to step in wherever needed to support the team.

Role Goal

Create efficient, reliable day-to-day operations by effectively managing people, staffing, payroll, partnerships, resources, and operational processes.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
