Looking for a career? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will support daily office operations, manage communications, and ensure the smooth flow of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries and appointments
Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, spreadsheets
Maintain organized filing systems for client records, insurance documents, and office supplies
Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading
Assist with clerical tasks such as word processing, typing correspondence, and preparing reports

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and accurately manage client communication
