CNC / Manual Machinist – Industrial Repair & Precision Components
JJC Industries

JJC Industries is hiring an experienced CNC / Manual Machinist for custom industrial machining and repair work.

We are looking for a real machinist — not a push-button CNC operator.

The right person must be comfortable working independently on:

shafts
bearing surfaces and bearing fits
cylinders
gears
threaded components
drilling, boring, turning, threading, and precision repair work

Machines:

Kent USA Mill with Acu-Rite
Summit Engine Lathe

What We Need:

Strong manual machining skills
CNC setup and manual programming experience
Experience machining and repairing industrial components
Ability to cut threads, repair fits, machine precision surfaces, and troubleshoot machining issues
Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
Experience working with steel, aluminum, shafts, gears, bearings, and industrial machine parts

Additional Requirement:
This position also requires travel for industrial field service and repair work.
Travel work is paid at a higher hourly rate.

Level:
Senior / Machinist II–III preferred

drilling, boring, torneado, roscado y reparación de piezas de precisión

Máquinas:

Kent USA Mill con Acu-Rite
Summit torno paralelo

Lo que necesitamos:

Experiencia fuerte en maquinado manual
Setup y programación manual CNC
Experiencia reparando y fabricando componentes industriales
Capacidad de cortar roscas, reparar ajustes, maquinar superficies de precisión y resolver problemas en el taller
Lectura de planos y tolerancias precisas
Experiencia trabajando con acero, aluminio, shafts, engranes, rodamientos y piezas industriales

Requisito adicional:
