Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive accounting functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, experience with various financial software systems, and a proactive approach to managing complex bookkeeping tasks. Duties

Manage clients bookkeeping
Reconcile balance sheets and perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring proper debits and credits in accordance with accounting standards
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while handling data entry and record-keeping tasks
Utilize spreadsheets and Excel data to perform detailed account analysis

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
Proficiency in multiple financial software platforms including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, Paychex or similar systems
Solid knowledge of technical accounting concepts such as double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, debits & credits
Expertise in account reconciliation, balance sheet management, and general ledger accounting processes
Strong numeracy skills with the ability to perform Excel data analysis and manage large volumes of data accurately
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling confidential information
Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently and accurately under time constraints
Experience working within public accounting firms or corporate accounting departments is highly desirable
Strong communication skills coupled with customer service orientation to collaborate effectively across teams
