CDB PROTECTION SERVICES LLC is a small minority owned business in the state of Alabama. We are professional, agile and our goal is to seek Armed Security Guards to join our security team. As an Armed Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Your role will involve conducting patrols and responding to potential security threats with the appropriate use of firearms and defensive tactics..

As an Armed Security Guard at CDB Protection Services, you can expect a dynamic and diverse working environment. Here are some key aspects of the working environment:

Safety Focus: We prioritize the safety of our security guards and ensure that necessary precautions are taken to create a secure work environment. Adequate safety measures and equipment will be provided.

Collaborative Team: You will be part of a professional security team that values teamwork and collaboration. Regular communication and coordination with other security personnel, as well as management, will be essential for effective operations.

Fast-Paced and Dynamic: The security field demands vigilance and the ability to respond quickly to potential threats. You will need to think on your feet, make sound decisions, and act decisively in challenging situations.

CDB PROTECTION SERVICES LLC is looking for security professionals that possess superior customer service skills as they are a prerequisite for employment. Serving our partners is our top priority. We strive to provide clients with industry safeguards and bespoke solutions to operate their business in the proper manner. CDB PROTECTION SERVICES LLC will be providing on-site security and compliance services. As an Armed Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our customers, employees, and property. You will be responsible for deterring criminal activities, responding to security incidents, and maintaining a secure environment within the restaurant premises.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible and authoritative presence to deter potential security threats
Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment
Conduct regular patrols both inside and outside the restaurant to ensure a secure environment
Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergencies
Effectively handle difficult situations, including unruly customers or disturbances, with proper use of firearms and defensive tactics when necessary
Collaborate with restaurant management and staff to implement and enforce security protocols and procedures
Provide excellent customer service and assistance when required
Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records of security activities
Stay updated on security best practices, industry trends, and relevant regulations

Job Requirements:
Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 11:00pm - 5:00am CST

Must have a valid Alabama Concealed Carry Permit
Must be able to attend security training within 30 days of hire
Must be certified by the Alabama Security Regulatory Board
No felonies
No experience needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must be able to perform a variety of tasks related to security and safety

Job Functions:
Perform security patrols of external and internal areas of locations.

Provide assistance to business owners in emergency situations.
Keep detailed logs and records of incidents at assigned locations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
