Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inside Sales Support & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting daily sales operations through accurate order processing, customer communication, invoicing, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will also assist with maintaining product information across e-commerce platforms while coordinating outbound shipments, creating Bills of Lading (BOLs), routing freight, and scheduling carrier pickups.

Essential ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Customer Service
· Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner.
· Print, review, and release orders for warehouse fulfillment.
· Generate invoices and verify billing accuracy.
· Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, product availability, and order changes.
· Resolve order discrepancies by working collaboratively with internal departments.
· Provide outstanding customer service through phone and email communication.
· Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Logistics & Shipping Coordination
· Coordinate outbound shipments using LTL, parcel, and freight carriers.
· Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation.
· Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate delivery appointments.
· Route shipments using the vendors TMS portals.
· Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues to customers and internal teams.
· Work closely with warehouses and freight providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
· Maintain shipping records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
E-Commerce & Product Management
· Update and maintain product listings across customer and e-commerce platforms.
· Enter and verify product descriptions, specifications, SKUs, pricing, and product attributes.
· Upload and manage product images and digital assets.
· Communicate with vendors to obtain current product information and marketing materials.
· Audit online product listings for accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales support, order processing, logistics coordination, or related fields preferred.
· Experience with shipping, freight coordination, routing, and Bills of Lading (BOLs) is preferred.
· Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
· Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
· Experience using ERP or order management systems is preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
