Cupid Lips is expanding to Newport Beach, and we are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled injector who is passionate about delivering natural, beautiful results while building long-term patient relationships.
We are looking for an established injector with a strong existing patient following who is excited to grow alongside a luxury aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate is confident performing comprehensive facial assessments, developing customized treatment plans, and delivering exceptional outcomes using evidence-based aesthetic medicine.

Position Summary
The Aesthetic Injector is responsible for providing consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing advanced cosmetic injectable procedures while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position requires strong clinical judgment, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for aesthetics.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Medical Director and clinical team to provide safe, ethical, and natural-looking results while helping expand the Cupid Lips brand in Orange County.

Qualifications
- Active California NP, PA, or Physician license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience (preferred)
- Existing book of business/patient following strongly preferred
- Extensive experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Experience with biostimulatory fillers, PRP/PRF, regenerative aesthetics, and laser treatments is a plus
- Current BLS Certification
- Excellent clinical judgment and patient safety practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultations
- Conduct comprehensive facial assessments
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes
- Build long-term patient relationships through trust and exceptional care
Clinical Treatments
- Perform Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, Xeomin®, and other neuromodulator injections
- Perform advanced dermal filler treatments
- Perform facial balancing and full-face rejuvenation
- Perform PRP, PRF, EZ Gel, biostimulatory, and regenerative aesthetic treatments (training available)
- Recommend appropriate laser and energy-based treatments
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to all clinical protocols
Patient Experience & Sales
- Deliver a luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up
- Educate patients on skincare products and treatment maintenance
- Recommend comprehensive treatment plans to achieve optimal results
- Build patient loyalty through exceptional outcomes and service
- Assist with retail product recommendations
Administrative & Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
- Obtain informed consent and procedure photography
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Complete treatment notes and billing documentation
- Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing education
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Participate in educational events and patient seminars
- Assist with social media content creation when appropriate
- Support practice marketing initiatives and community events
- Help grow the Newport Beach location through exceptional patient care and referrals

- Zenoti (EHR, scheduling, billing)

Physical Requirements

Compensation
Competitive base salary or hourly compensation plus commission, based on experience, qualifications, and existing patient following.
