As we continue to grow and prepare for our next stage—including future public company readiness—we're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys financial reporting, month-end close, audit support, and process improvement while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements
Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records
Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as needed
Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting processes
Support external auditors by providing reconciliations, documentation, and audit requests
Participate in initiatives related to public company readiness, SOX compliance, and financial reporting improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and internal controls

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years of accounting experience in a Staff Accountant or similar role
Strong experience with:
Month-end close
Journal entries
Account reconciliations
Financial reporting
Data analysis
Experience with NetSuite (required)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)
Experience working in a high-volume and multi-entity environment
Experience supporting a public company, IPO-readiness, or PCAOB-audited environment
Knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance principles
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy
External audit support
Process improvement initiatives
GAAP financial reporting

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
