POSITION SUMMARY

XYZies is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive HR & Executive Operations Manager to support our growing organization. This role combines Human Resources administration, employee support, recruiting coordination, executive administration, accountability management, and operational execution.

XYZies utilizes Rippling HR Services for HR compliance guidance, California labor law support, best practices, and specialized HR consultation. The HR & Executive Operations Manager will serve as the internal liaison to ensure proper implementation and execution of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources Administration & Employee Relations (40%)

Employee onboarding and offboarding
Employee records and personnel documentation
Employee relations support
Performance improvement documentation
Compliance administration
Benefits administration support
Workers compensation coordination
Coordination with Rippling HR Advisors

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (20%)

Recruiting coordination
Candidate communications
Interview scheduling
Reference checks
Offer letter coordination
Hiring pipeline management

Executive Administration & Leadership Support (20%)

Executive calendar management
Meeting coordination
Travel arrangements
Leadership support
Action-item tracking

KPI Reporting & Accountability (10%)

KPI collection and reporting
Dashboard maintenance
Follow-up on commitments
Deadline tracking

Special Projects & Operational Support (10%)

Company initiatives
Event coordination
Vendor management support
Process improvement projects

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of HR, Operations, Executive Administration, or related experience
Strong HR administration and employee relations experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
Ability to manage confidential information
Experience with HRIS systems such as Rippling preferred

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 plus performance bonus.
