We are pleased to announce the opening of a new, state-of-the-art aesthetic medical office in the City of Orange.
We are seeking highly experienced Aesthetic RNs/Injectors with a minimum of 5 years of professional aesthetic experience. Qualified candidates should have extensive hands-on experience with:
- Active California RN or NP license in good standing
- 5+ years of hands-on aesthetic/injectable experience preferred
- Botox and neuromodulator injections
- Dermal fillers
- Lip and facial contouring
- Cheek, chin and jawline enhancement
- Nasolabial fold and other facial filler treatments
- PDO/thread lifting
- Skin boosters and other aesthetic treatments
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety
- Ability to assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Excellent understanding of aesthetic products, indications, contraindications, and complications
- Comfortable managing and educating patients before and after treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a warm, patient-focused personality
- Ability to build long-term relationships with patients
- Experience working in a busy medical spa or aesthetic practice strongly preferred

Responsibilities
- Administer injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform various aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, dermabrasion.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and develop customized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and address any questions or concerns professionally.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized before procedures.
- Manage client records accurately using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY; document treatment details thoroughly.
- Promote aesthetic services and products through engaging social media management and client communication strategies.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and certifications related to esthetic laser treatment, chemical peels, dermal fillers, and other advanced procedures.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty solutions that complement treatments.
Skills
- Valid nursing license with experience in injection administration within an aesthetic or medical setting.
- Proficiency in managing salon or spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Strong knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion,
- Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of management principles to coordinate front desk operations and guest services smoothly.
- Competence in retail sales techniques including upselling skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
- Understanding of sanitation standards necessary for safe practice across all esthetic procedures.
- Familiarity with hospitality concepts to enhance guest experiences during visits.

Pay: $90.00 - $129.00 per hour
