Cashier and Store Associate
We are hiring a cashier and store associate for our liquor store. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, professional, and comfortable helping customers in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly service
Ring up cash, card, and debit transactions accurately
Check IDs and follow all alcohol sales laws
Restock shelves, coolers, and displays
Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
Answer phone calls and customer questions professionally
Help with inventory, product counts, and deliveries
Promote store specials when appropriate
Work well with the owner, manager, and team members
Qualifications
Previous cashier, retail, or liquor store experience preferred but not required
Must be reliable and show up on time
Strong communication skills
Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
Basic math skills
Friendly attitude with customers
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift cases when needed
Must be available for scheduled shifts
Bilingual is a plus
Pay
Starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience.
