Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this lively role, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that sets the tone for an exceptional stay. Your energetic approach to guest relations, combined with your organizational skills, will ensure smooth check-ins, efficient handling of guest inquiries, and seamless management of front desk operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier customer service in a vibrant resort environment.

Duties

KNOWLEDHGE OF MARRIOTTS FOSSI A LARGE PLUS

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing using hotel management software
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure all records are complete and accurate
Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming atmosphere
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and maintain high standards of hospitality

Skills

Strong background in hospitality management and customer service with previous hotel experience preferred
Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient front desk operations
Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing personalized service and resolving issues diplomatically
Experience with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interactions
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced resort setting
