Full Job Description

Job Summary

A state-of-the-art concierge Wellness Center and an industry leader in providing Wellness Therapies including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is seeking a Full Time or Part Time Wellness Coordinator / Hyperbaric Tech to join our team at our Newport Beach location.

Candidates should be passionate about holistic healthcare, be highly dependable, a self-starter and organized, comfortable on the phone and computer, have strong desire to help others, enjoy interaction with clients, and be able to provide superior customer service in a compassionate, supportive and friendly environment.

The facility is open 7-Days a week and some shifts may include weekends.

Position Overview

The Wellness Coordination performs multiple roles including intake, phone scheduling, is the first point of contact for new and existing clients, the critical role for making clients feel at home. Duties include reception and to become trained to perform various therapies including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. They be following operational procedures, help implement sales goals and maintain an orderly facility. Importnatly they would work directly with clients and have an in-depth knowledge of services and products.

This position will be working directly with Clinic Shift Leads to ensure the facility is running at an optimal level. There will be significant training to become educated in the science, protocols, and uses of our therapies, including the wellness benefits of all the complete service offerings. In addition, the position understands how to set up and assist the various treatments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Greet clients with enthusiasm and develop relationships
Book appointments, via phone and e-mail with clients
Manage phone calls and e-mail inquiries, make reminder calls
Educate clients and potential clients about therapies and services provided
Become knowledgeable on the benefits and uses of each therapy and how to help attain various health and wellness goals
Practice safe operations and procedures
Educate clients on product offering and the packages available
Assist in sales goals
Maintain an organized and tidy facility
Know how to operate, run and troubleshoot all treatment devices and equipment
Perform other supportive duties required; such us inventory and supply checks
Participate in safety program activities such as assisting with safety drills.
Follow company operational procedures & policies, including but not limited to: Booking, Phone Skills, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Payment for Services, Uniform Policy, Customer Follow-Up, etc.
Adhere to schedule, time clock & following compliance, OSHA guidelines and industry best practices.

Proficient on the computer to utilize Clinic Booking System, Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs.
Helpful to have experience in similar operations
Must be open to and have an aptitude for learning about holistic, non-traditional wellness options
Must be highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines

Physical Activities

The employee is constantly required to communicate (listen and talk), stand, walk, sit, and use hands/fingers for computer and phone use.
The employee is required to be able to operate the therapy equipment including pushing the patient gurney, opening and closing the Hyperbaric Chambers and other therapy equipment.
The employee is occasionally required to help clean the various therapy equipment, clinic furniture and rooms.
The employee is required to have specific vision abilities required by this job including close vision, and color vision.

Environmental Conditions

There are no harmful environmental conditions that are present for this position. The duties are performed indoors in an air-conditioned space. The noise level in the clinic is usually mild to moderate.
