Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Lead Bartender, where your expertise will elevate the guest experience through exceptional service and innovative mixology. In this dynamic role, you will lead bartending operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable visit. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Lead, motivate, and train bartenders and bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold safety protocols.
Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, alcohol regulations, and responsible serving practices at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food and beverage pairing during service, including catering and banquet events.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and create a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or nightclubs with banquet experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math skills are advantageous.
