Full Job Description

SoftMirage is a modern and contemporary art consulting firm representing art galleries. SoftMirage is made up of a team of diverse and energetic individuals, all driven by our belief in the power and importance of art representation and technology.

The Administrative Assistant, Exhibitions works directly with Management Team to help coordinate and establish innovative solutions and systems, while fostering company communication. The Administrative Assistant, Exhibitions will be responsible for regularly communicating department updates to the business while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization in assisting the Curatorial Principal.

What you'll be doing:

Maintain the intercompany technology and website.
Work inter-departmentally identifying areas of intersection creating systems to improve communication.
Update schedule with particular emphasis on External Projects
Design, format and send a monthly newsletter and other internal communications on behalf of the Exhibitions Team.
Constant maintenance of Installation Folders.
Work with all team members to assist on projects as needed.
