Job Overview

Build Your Practice in an Established Wellness Clinic

We are seeking multiple independent wellness, beauty, and alternative-medicine practitioners to join our growing clinic in Irvine. This is an opportunity for qualified professionals who want a professional, supportive space to serve clients, build their brand, and grow their own business.

We welcome practitioners across a range of complementary, holistic, and wellness-focused fields, including—but not limited to—body contouring, esthetics, acupuncture, acupressure, Reiki, energy work, lymphatic services, holistic health coaching, and other alternative healing modalities.

This is not an employment position. Practitioners operate as independent contractors and may choose between room rental, a commission-split arrangement, or a combination of both.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates may specialize in:

Body contouring and noninvasive wellness treatments
Acupuncture, acupressure, and Traditional Chinese Medicine
Reiki, energy healing, and other spiritual wellness modalities
Esthetics, lashes, skin treatments, and beauty services
Massage therapy, bodywork, lymphatic drainage, and myofascial work
Pain-relief services, trigger-point therapy, and wellness recovery services
Herbal wellness, holistic lifestyle support, and complementary health practices
Other licensed, certified, or appropriately trained alternative medicine and holistic healing services

An existing client base is preferred but not required. We welcome both established practitioners and motivated professionals looking for a space to expand their practice.

What You’ll Provide

As an independent practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering your own services within your scope of practice. Depending on your specialty, this may include:

Conducting client consultations and assessments.
Creating individualized wellness or treatment plans.
Providing safe, professional services aligned with your training, certifications, and licensing requirements.
Maintaining accurate client documentation and a clean, welcoming treatment environment.
Educating clients on appropriate aftercare, self-care, and wellness recommendations.
Managing your own professional licenses, certifications, insurance, supplies, and business practices as required for your services.

Room Rental & Income Options

Option 1: Fixed Day Rate — Keep 100% of Your Income

Reserve the treatment room on set days and keep all income from the clients you see. The day rate applies regardless of how many clients you schedule.

$100/day for 1–2 days per week
$85/day for 3–4 days per week
$400/week for 5+ days per week, with unlimited access during that week

Option 2: Commission Split — 60/40

Use the space without a fixed daily rental cost and pay only when you see clients.

You keep 60% of each client payment.
HHS receives 40% of each client payment.
If you do not see clients, you do not owe room rent.

Option 3: Hybrid — Set Days + Commission Split

Combine guaranteed rental days with flexible commission-based days.

Choose specific set days each week at the fixed day rate.
On set rental days, you keep 100% of your client income.
Use additional flex days as needed under the 60/40 commission split.
This option is ideal when you need occasional additional availability without committing to a full daily room rate.

Example: Rent two set days per week at $100 per day and keep 100% of your income on those days. If you book clients on additional days that week, use the 60/40 split rather than paying another full-day room rental fee.
