We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Assist with office management tasks to ensure efficient operation of the front desk.
Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support other administrative staff as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.

Skills

Proficiency with phone systems and strong phone etiquette.
Experience as a clerk or dental receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Competence in computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping.
Ability to type accurately and efficiently for documentation purposes.
