under-resourced children, youth and families in Western New York, our comprehensive
Children & Youth Services Department provides educational, social, emotional, and wellness
services. Programs promote school success, family and community involvement, and reflect
the cultural diversity of our participants.

YWCA WNY programs work collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners to
ensure that our children and families are connected with necessary resources and provided
the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Position Summary
The Site Director works with the Director of Education, lead teachers, teacher assistants, and school administration and staff. The Site Director provides supervision and management of the after school program and assumes full responsibility for the management and administration of the site. The Site Director may also act as a Lead Teacher, preparing weekly lesson plans that align with Common Core standards and address the student’s academic, social and emotional development.

The Site Director is a dynamic person who is able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
