A Marketing Manager at Chick-fil-A Oregon supports restaurant growth by building local brand awareness, strengthening community relationships, and increasing catering sales. This role combines planning, relationship development, sales execution, and hands-on support.
The Marketing Manager coordinates community outreach, partnerships, events, digital content, catering lead generation, order details, execution, and follow-up. This role collaborates with the Marketing Director, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to deliver organized campaigns and remarkable catering experiences.
Role
The Marketing Manager turns marketing and catering plans into measurable sales growth, strong community partnerships, and consistent guest experiences while working closely with the Marketing Director and restaurant leaders.
Availability & Role Requirements

Minimum Full-Time Availability: 32+ hours a week

Be available for early mornings, evenings, Saturdays, community events, and catering support as business needs require

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 50 pounds for catering and event support

Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time

Willingness to become ServSafe certified

What you will be doing

Execute local marketing and catering plans aligned with restaurant goals, brand standards, and the thematic goal

Build and maintains annual and quarterly marketing calendars

Manage and grow catering sales and manages the client journey from inquiry through post order follow-up

Coordinates marketing assignments and support Shift Leads and Team Members involved in campaigns and catering

Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community partners

Track performance through scorecards and leads monthly marketing and catering reviews

Execute local and market campaigns, events, partnerships, and digital content

Coordinate sales goals, forecasts, staffing, and catering readiness with restaurant leaders

Ensure catering orders are accurate, timely, safe, and well-presented

All other tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States
-
Leadership or supervisory experience required; marketing, sales, catering, or business development experience preferred.

Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.

Dependable and punctual.

Comfortable managing sales, catering details, budgets, timelines, and reporting.

Good organizational skills and ability to delegate and follow through.
