Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:

Cessna Citation series
Learjet series
Turboprop aircraft
Williams International turbine engines
Phase inspections and other scheduled business-aircraft maintenance
Complex troubleshooting and unscheduled maintenance

An Inspection Authorization (IA) is a plus but is not required.

About the Position

Second Star Aviation is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of general aviation and business aircraft at our Salem Location.

Experience working on Cessna Citation, Learjet, or turboprop aircraft is strongly preferred. We are also interested in technicians with experience on similar business aviation aircraft who have strong troubleshooting skills and are comfortable taking ownership of maintenance projects.

The ideal candidate is a skilled mechanic who takes pride in doing things correctly, communicates well with the rest of the team, and understands that our customers are trusting us with both their safety and a significant investment.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
