Full Job Description

Country Inn & Suites, Prineville is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Graveyard Front Desk Agent. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. This position is full or part-time.

Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

The ideal candidate will be able to work directly with management, have strong attention to detail, will be able to cover extra shifts, when needed. Shift hours will primarily be 8pm to 4am, as the Manager in charge during night audits. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Process all guest check-ins/outs

· Process new reservations

· Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns

· Monitor, update and maintain room availability via the Property Management System

· Provide a positive guest experience at all times

· Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests

· Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest

· Solve guest problems and complaints, and assist with requests

· Nightly breakfast set up

· Run the Night Audit reports

· Other duties, as assigned

Skills/Requirements

· Previous hotel front desk experience preferred

· Must be reliable, dependable and trainable

· Must have excellent communication, phone, and customer service skills

· Must possess exceptional organizational skills

· Must be able to work well in busy times and be able to multi-task

· Ability to problem solve

· Understanding of basic accounting skills

· Must be able to work flexible hours, including ability to work days, nights weekends and holidays.
