We're looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who is eager to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with an exceptional clinical team, and continue growing professionally under the mentorship of experienced BCBAs.

What You'll Do
As a BCaBA, you'll partner closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and other professionals to deliver high-quality behavioral services that create meaningful, measurable progress.
Clinical Services & Behavior Intervention
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Provide direct therapeutic services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Assist in the implementation and refinement of treatment strategies to maximize client success.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Family & Team Collaboration
- Partner with families by providing education, support, and guidance throughout treatment.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in clinical meetings and treatment planning discussions.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, assessments, and treatment records.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all BACB ethical standards.
- Follow organizational policies and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
Professional Growth
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education.
- Receive supervision and unrestricted fieldwork hours from experienced BCBAs.
- Stay current on ABA research and best practices to continually improve client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Special Education, Psychology, Human Development, or a related field.
- Experience with behavioral assessments and data collection.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation.
- Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Verified Course Sequence (VCS) approved by the BACB
- Required supervised fieldwork hours
- Ongoing competency development under a qualified BCBA
- Successful completion of the BCaBA certification examination
