Test Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Test Technician for a direct-hire opportunity in Aloha, OR. This onsite day-shift role is ideal for a detail-oriented electronics professional with experience testing, troubleshooting, and supporting high-quality medical device products.

Test Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$25.00 to $27.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Perform electrical testing of analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF, and Doppler ultrasound products.
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics at the printed circuit board (PCB) level.
Execute testing procedures and accurately document results.
Read and interpret schematics, test procedures, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
Identify defects and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Perform PCB rework, repairs, and basic soldering as needed.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve product issues.
Maintain test equipment and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product testing and reliability.

Test Technician Qualifications:

Experience performing electronic or electrical testing in a manufacturing, laboratory, or technical environment.
Basic soldering skills.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documents.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience testing analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF, or ultrasound equipment.
PCB-level troubleshooting and rework experience. •
Background in electronics technology, electrical engineering technology, or a related technical field.
Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and other electronic test equipment
