The Role:

As a Preplanning Sales Advisor with Envision Strategic Partners, you will play a vital role in guiding families through the process of pre-arranging their funeral services alongside Memory Gardens Mortuary. This is a high-impact role in a growing field: every day, more than 10,000 Baby Boomers reach retirement age, and demand for preneed services is rising. This is a unique opportunity to establish yourself in a field that combines financial success with profound client service.

Comprehensive Sales Training: Receive in-depth training and ongoing support from our experienced Regional Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them make informed decisions about preneed arrangements.
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions.

Manage client relationships with a high level of care and integrity.
Commit to ongoing development and training to continually refine your skills.

Ideal Qualifications:

Active Life Insurance License or willingness to attain license.
Self-motivated, with excellent time-management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with coaching and mentorship from senior sales leaders.
Professional appearance and clothing/attire appropriate for funeral career.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Criminal background check and credit history check required for licensing.
