What You'll Do

As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners maintain safe, reliable, and efficient plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and components
Perform inspections and identify long-term solutions for customers
Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repairs
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
Respond to service calls and emergency plumbing situations as needed
Maintain high safety standards and follow all workplace regulations
Accurately document completed work using ServiceTitan software
Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Plumber
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work when required
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (MJ OK)
