Cannabis Trim Team Member – Full Time
We bring new team members on through a paid working interview. This allows us to see your work ethic and how you collaborate with the team, while also giving you a chance to experience the role and make sure it’s a good fit all around. To be considered, you must already have an active OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit and currently reside in the Bend or Central Oregon area. We are a licensed OLCC cannabis farm located in beautiful Central Oregon, and we're looking for positive, detail-oriented, and hard-working individuals to join our Trim Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced trimmers and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. As a Trim Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in producing high-quality flower by hand-trimming cannabis (stem trimming only), assisting with harvests, and supporting post-harvest processes.
Position Overview:
- Position: Cannabis Trimmer
- Compensation:
- Piece Rate: $75.00 per pound
- Hourly Tasks: $18.00 per hour for harvest, pruning, packaging, and support work
- Monday–Friday
- Start: 8:30 AM | End: 4:30/5:30 PM
- Shifts range from 7–9 hours
- Occasional weekends during peak harvest periods
- Location: On-site – Central Oregon

What You'll Do:
- Hand-trim dry cannabis flower with precision, speed, and care
- Achieve a minimum trim weight of 1135 grams (2.5lb) per shift (required)
- Adapt trim style to meet specific strain characteristics and quality standards
- Assist with cannabis harvesting, bucking, pruning, and packaging as needed
- Keep your personal workstation clean, sanitary, and organized
- Follow all OLCC regulations and internal SOPs
Who You Are:
- Experienced in dry trimming cannabis (1+ year preferred)
- Able to trim for 8–9 hour shifts in a focused, repetitive environment
- Familiar with cannabis structure, quality standards, and plant handling
- Consistent, detail-oriented, and able to meet daily productivity expectations
- Coachable, respectful, and comfortable receiving feedback
- A team player who communicates well and shows up with a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual—with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a group
- Willing to support facility cleanup and occasional crossover work with the Grow Team
Physical & Compliance Requirements (OSHA/BOLI Compliant):
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to sit, stand, crouch, kneel, twist, bend, and reach throughout the day
- Able to repetitively trim using scissors with accuracy
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs when needed
Nice to Have (Preferred, but not required):
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Background in cannabis cultivation, landscaping, or production-style work
