Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines front desk responsibilities with creative content development, offering a vibrant opportunity to engage with clients and showcase our brand. The ideal candidate will excel in office management, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for creating compelling digital content. This paid position is perfect for someone eager to contribute to a lively workplace while honing their administrative and creative talents.

Duties

Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
Handle phone reception, ensuring clear communication and proper call routing using phone etiquette and multi-line systems
Maintain organized filing systems, manage calendars, and support scheduling needs for team members
Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and supporting daily operations
Create engaging digital content including social media posts, blog entries, and promotional materials aligned with brand voice
Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication
Support client communication efforts by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage clerical tasks such as data entry, typing documents, and maintaining accurate records of interactions

Experience

Previous office experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is required
Proven experience in content creation or digital marketing is highly preferred
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Familiarity with office management practices, filing systems, calendar management, and clerical procedures
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
