Because owning a practice has traditionally meant figuring out everything yourself—billing, credentialing, technology, documentation, referrals, marketing, operations, compliance, and all the other things that have very little to do with why you became a therapist in the first place.

And we're looking for a PT or OT Practice Owner to build one inside a thriving senior living community in Beaverton, Oregon.
You've seen the traditional senior living therapy model.

As the Practice Owner, you become the face of therapy in the community.

You'll be embedded in one community serving Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents.
You'll have the opportunity to:

Become the trusted PT/OT resource within the community
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and care teams
Develop a sustainable referral network
Create a therapy presence that becomes part of the community's culture
Deliver function-focused, meaningful clinical care
Partner with community leadership around mobility, independence, cognition, safety, and quality of life
Build a practice that can grow with the community
