Job Title: Clinical Supervisor & IOP Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
Location: Eugene, Oregon
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually

Insight Northwest Recovery is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor and Mental Health Therapist to join our Eugene team.

This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a therapist who enjoys mentoring developing clinicians while remaining involved in direct client care. You will provide supervision to pre-licensed therapists, contribute to IOP programming, support clinical quality, and facilitate treatment groups for youth and young adults ages 12+.

The role is focused on clinical supervision, treatment, consultation, and program development rather than administrative department management.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced LPC, LMFT, or LCSW who is authorized by the appropriate Oregon licensing board to provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians.

About Insight Northwest Recovery

Insight Northwest Recovery provides integrated behavioral health treatment for youth and young adults experiencing mental health and substance use concerns.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program combines group therapy, individual support, assessment, treatment planning, family involvement, care coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration in a trauma-informed setting.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Supervision

Provide individual and/or group supervision to registered associates and eligible pre-licensed clinicians.
Maintain supervision practices and documentation consistent with Oregon board requirements.
Support clinicians in diagnostic skills, treatment planning, documentation, ethics, boundaries, and clinical decision-making.
Provide consultation on complex cases, risk concerns, family dynamics, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Offer thoughtful, constructive feedback that supports clinician growth.
Collaborate with leadership on clinical quality and staff development.

IOP Treatment

Facilitate structured IOP groups for youth and young adults.
Support emotional processing, skill development, accountability, and recovery.
Work with clients experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions.
Participate in assessment, treatment planning, individual support, and family involvement as appropriate.
Collaborate with the treatment team regarding client progress and recommendations.
Complete timely, clinically meaningful documentation.

Program Development

Help develop, evaluate, and refine IOP group curricula and programming.
Support developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment.
Identify opportunities to strengthen clinical workflows, treatment planning, and continuity of care.
Promote consistency in clinical practices across the treatment team.
Participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary treatment planning.
Stay current with behavioral health treatment, supervision, ethics, and co-occurring care.

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
Current independent Oregon license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
Current approval, registration, or authorization required by the applicable Oregon board to provide clinical supervision.
Experience providing behavioral health treatment.
Strong assessment, diagnostic, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.
Strong understanding of clinical ethics and professional boundaries.
Ability to mentor developing clinicians and provide constructive feedback.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience in every area is not required. We are looking for a clinically strong supervisor who values collaboration, continued learning, and high-quality care.

Compensation & Benefits

$110,000–$120,000 annual salary
Full-time schedule of approximately 35–40 hours per week
