Own the end-to-end solution architecture for D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations and enhancements
Support sales and customer acquisition initiatives by crafting functional responses and new project estimations
Lead solution design workshops and guide stakeholders on system capabilities and architectural decisions
Translate business strategy and requirements into integrated functional and technical architectures
Define module-level designs across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Retail, Project Operations, or related areas
Establish and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices
Provide oversight for:
o Customizations and extensions
o Integrations with upstream/downstream systems
o Data migration and master data strategy
o Security and role design
Review functional and technical design documents (FDDs/TDDs)
Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation optimization
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and project sponsors
Serve as a liaison to the PM on project work break down and scheduling
Understand basic features of approved ISV products
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management in solution architecture or multiple lead consultant roles
7 or more years of experience implementing ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
Strong hands-on expertise across multiple D365 F&SCM modules
Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations in complex, multi-entity environments
Deep understanding of ERP architecture, including integrations, security, data management, and lifecycle services (LCS)
Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints and platform best practices
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
Prior experience managing or leading a group and mentoring individuals
Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
Familiarity with MS tools, including Teams, Share Point, DevOps and LCS
Desired Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Functional certifications
Strong financial background and/or D365 finance-focused experience
Experience with Azure integration patterns (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs)
Industry experience such as public sector, financial services, manufacturing, or energy
Experience delivering global or large-scale transformation programs

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $188,100.00.
