Full Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional, results-driven Multi-Unit Hospitality General Manager to lead a large-scale, high-volume destination property with complex operations, multiple business units, and diverse revenue streams. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced operator who excels at leading teams, driving operational performance, and executing strategic initiatives across a dynamic hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in multi-unit operations management, balancing big-picture leadership with day-to-day execution to deliver financial success, operational excellence, and an elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of a complex, high-volume, multi-unit operation, ensuring seamless execution across multiple departments and revenue centers
Own full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, and revenue optimization
Drive operational consistency, efficiency, and service excellence across all business units
Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing management teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership and key stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and support long-term business growth
Champion an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of service, quality, and operational execution
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and risk management standards while promoting a safe and inclusive work environment
Analyze business performance metrics and implement operational strategies to improve profitability, productivity, and guest satisfaction
Oversee employee experience initiatives, including housing programs where applicable, retention strategies, and workforce engagement efforts
Lead change management initiatives and operational improvements across multiple functional areas

What You Bring

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, resort, restaurant, or multi-unit operations management
Proven success leading large-scale, high-volume operations with multiple revenue streams and complex organizational structures
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success driving profitability, operational efficiency, and revenue growth
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities across multi-unit or multi-department environments
Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong operational execution and attention to detail
Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing labor, staffing, scheduling, and operational performance in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with POS/PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
