We're looking for a highly skilled, creative, analytical, and strategically minded Content and Social Media Manager with 7+ years of proven experience driving brand growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results, possesses strong analytical capabilities, and has experience working with luxury brands, understanding how to create premium, aspirational content that resonates with discerning audiences.
At the core of this role is the responsibility to architect and lead a comprehensive social media strategy that seamlessly integrates organic storytelling, paid media, influencer partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration into a cohesive, high-performing digital presence. You will own and elevate our brand across multiple accounts and platforms, ensuring consistency, engagement, and growth.
This role requires expertise in planning, creating, shooting, editing, scheduling, and promoting content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will also manage our online reputation across key review platforms, develop and execute influencer marketing programs that increase visibility on both local and national levels, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure our brand is represented consistently and compellingly wherever our audience engages online.
The successful candidate combines creativity with data-driven decision-making, leveraging performance insights and market trends to optimize campaigns, maximize engagement, and continuously enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Duties & Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Brand Presence
- Develop and lead a comprehensive social media strategy across all brands and platforms
- Define brand voice, tone, and visual identity across organic, paid, and influencer content
- Create platform-specific strategies aligned with audience behavior, campaign goals, and business objectives
- Align social media initiatives with broader marketing, DTC, and product strategies
- Build seasonal campaigns and integrated social playbooks across organic, paid, and influencer efforts
- Monitor industry trends, cultural moments, platform updates, and competitor activity to evolve strategy.
Paid Social & Digital Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms
- Manage campaigns within Meta Ads Manager including audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams on campaign development
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable reporting and recommendations
- Test emerging ad formats and targeting capabilities to improve campaign effectiveness
Social Account Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts across multiple brands
- Maintain distinct content strategies and audience engagement approaches for each brand
- Oversee content publishing and platform management using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, and related tools
Content Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives
- Plan and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns using Planable or similar tools
- Coordinate internal approvals and ensure timely delivery of content
Content Creation & Production
- Capture original photography and short-form video content for social platforms
- Produce and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other digital content
- Handle post-production editing including captions, transitions, color grading, and audio optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture authentic brand, product, and team storytelling
Reputation & Review Management
- Manage and maintain Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and related review platforms
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and social engagement professionally and promptly
- Develop strategies to improve online ratings, engagement, and customer sentiment
- Maintain accurate business listings, profile information, and visual assets
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Build and manage influencer and creator partnership programs
- Identify, vet, and maintain relationships with creators aligned with brand audiences
- Negotiate campaign deliverables, compensation, and partnership terms
- Provide campaign briefs, creative direction, and brand guidelines
- Measure influencer campaign performance and ROI
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track KPIs across social media, paid campaigns, and reputation platforms
- Produce regular performance reports with strategic insights and recommendations
- Measure effectiveness of campaigns against engagement, traffic, conversion, and brand awareness goals
- Collaborate on attribution and performance reporting frameworks
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions
- Maintain consistent and on-brand communication across all platforms
- Foster audience engagement and community growth
Required Skills & QualificationsSocial Media & Marketing Expertise
- Strong understanding of multi-platform social media strategy and audience development
- Expertise in organic and paid social campaign management
- Knowledge of brand positioning, digital storytelling, and consumer engagement strategies
- Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns
Paid Media & Analytics
- Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
- Experience with paid social strategy, audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and digital marketing KPIs
Content Creation & Production
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Experience producing short-form video content optimized for social platforms
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software
- Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices
Platform & Tool Proficiency
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and TripAdvisor
- Familiarity with content planning and collaboration tools such as Planable
- Experience using influencer management platforms such as AspireIQ or Grin

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
