I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at State Farm Corporate. I'm also a second-generation State Farm agent (my dad and brother are both agents), so serving customers has always been part of my life.

As Auto & Fire Sales Specialist for Katie Martin State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Have daily activities that are completed on a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
