Full Job Description

Job Overview

We’re looking for a solid A&P mechanic who enjoys the daily puzzle of keeping airplanes flying.

We’re a growing flight school with a simple goal: make aviation more affordable and accessible. Keeping our aircraft safe, reliable, and in the air is a huge part of making that possible, which means the right mechanic will be an extremely valuable part of our team.

This isn’t a job where every day looks the same. We need someone who can diagnose problems, figure things out, adapt when plans change, and take pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Do

Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair our flight school aircraft
Handle scheduled maintenance and unexpected squawks
Diagnose problems and find practical, safe solutions
Keep maintenance records accurate and aircraft compliant with FAA requirements
Help us keep our planes safe, reliable, and flying as much as possible

Who We’re Looking For

Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required
Proficient and confident working on aircraft
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
Adaptable and willing to tackle different challenges every day
Dependable and able to work independently
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be an important part of a growing operation
