About the Role

As an Entry Level Appointment Setter, you'll play a key role in our sales process by connecting with homeowners, identifying potential roofing needs, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales closers. Your ability to create positive first impressions and build trust will directly contribute to the success of both our customers and our team.

What You'll Do

Engage Directly: Confidently introduce DFNDR Roofing and our services to homeowners within assigned neighborhoods.
Build Rapport: Quickly establish trust, understand homeowners' needs, and create positive first impressions.
Qualify Prospects: Ask thoughtful questions to determine whether homeowners are a good fit for our roofing services.
Schedule Appointments: Set qualified appointments for our sales closers and ensure a smooth handoff.
Drive Activity: Stay motivated while consistently meeting daily outreach and appointment-setting goals.
Represent DFNDR Roofing: Serve as a professional, positive ambassador for our company within the community.
