Key Responsibilities
Do you enjoy providing patients with care that enhances their quality of life as an LPN? Some duties include:

Utilize the Medication Administration Record to administer medications and treatments to patients.

Document medication administration and manage controlled substance counts during shift.
-
Complete patient assessments and provide patient monitoring as indicated.

Document in an accurate and timely manner.

Coordinate with the treatment team.
-
Follow policies and procedures while providing care.
Qualifications
-
Registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Utah.
-
You must successfully pass a criminal history check.
