Join our vibrant culinary team as a versatile Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, or Pizza Specialist! Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in food assembly to ensure timely and efficient meal service
Cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment by adhering to sanitation protocols
Support the dishwashing station by properly handling dishware and kitchen tools to keep the workspace organized
Assist in pizza preparation, including dough stretching, topping application, and baking to perfection
Follow all food handling procedures and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
Contribute to menu planning efforts by providing feedback on recipes and ingredient needs when applicable

Skills

Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and safety practices
Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service with a focus on quality and efficiency
Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques across various cuisines
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures within the food industry
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
Experience with catering or serving is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
