Cylinder Control Auditor

Salt Lake City, UT, United States | req31617 Work schedule: 1st shift

What you will enjoy doing* You will perform physical cylinder audits for customers as requested by the sales team, accounts receivable team or Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Cylinder Tracking team, this includes preparing the audit form, visiting the customer, and counting the cylinders on customer sites Perform paper audits of cylinder history which includes researching the cylinder history in CU, CU Image Viewer, TruTrak and JDE You will work together with the Territory Manager, General Sales Manager, and AR Manager on appropriate resolution for cylinder discrepancies Enter audit findings in CU and TruTrak to reconcile the balances Prepare credit requests and loss of use documentation for accounts receivable You will work with customers to resolve cylinder issues and negotiate loss of use charges and open rental invoices Reduce the number of negative cylinder balances for the LG&E South Region Understand the cylinder barcoding process and bar code cylinders as needed during audits You will review all in-house accounts monthly and work with the branches to ensure no cylinder balances have being posted on the house accounts such as CAXXX, SUXXX, etc What makes you great A High School Diploma / GED is required in this role You have MS Excel / Computer skills
